Welcome to this incredible 3-bedroom 3-bath 1594 sq. ft. top floor condo with the best view! The balcony in this unit is bow shaped with glass railings with magnificent sweeping views from the 23rd floor balcony. Your beautiful unobstructed view reflects miles of white sugar sand and ocean waves that greet you as you sip your morning coffee on the balcony. The tropical hues of the sky turn brilliant colors as the sun sets and the pier down the beach becomes illuminated against the night sky. It is like having your own secluded slice of paradise

**DISCLAIMER**
Starting mid-September and continuing into February 2025, the Aqua COA will be undergoing numerous important maintenance projects that will potentially impact our residences and their guests. These include structural repairs and re-painting portions of the western half of the building (stacks 06 through 11) and replacing the beach boardwalk. During this time, the western outdoor pool will be closed. The eastern indoor/outdoor pool and spa will remain open. A temporary or alternate beach access will also be provided during the boardwalk construction period. If you have any questions, please reach out to us directly.

One of the best floor plans in AQUA, the unit features two king-size bedrooms, both opening to a huge balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico. Also opening to the balcony, the living room has a large comfortable sectional and a large 65" Smart TV. The living room opens to a full kitchen with black stone counters, bar/breakfast counter, a large refrigerator with icemaker, and all new Kitchen Aid appliances. The kitchen is well-equipped with good knives, pots and pans, and many small appliances one would expect to find in one's own kitchen.

The main bedroom has an elegant king poster bed, 55" TV, walk-in closet, sliding door to balcony and a full in-suite bath with granite counters and separate tub and a large shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, dresser, 55" TV, a closet, and a floor-to-ceiling glass wall facing the Gulf. The 3rd bedroom has a sturdy double bunk (both top and bottom have proper double mattresses, a separate twin trundle, a dresser, a closet, and a full en-suite bath. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer and all bedrooms come with cables for gaming.

You can either purchase and print them at home from the website or you can use the kiosk located across the Skybridge on the 3rd floor upon arrival. Please be aware there is a convenience fee when using the kiosk.***

2023 Beach Trip!

We have stayed at Aqua (different condos each time) and have yet to be disappointed! This year, we stayed at 2303 and it was soooo nice and comfortable! It has everything you could want or need - we just loved it.

We love and appreciate the Aqua family - they have a great maintenance team, customer service team and their condos do not disappoint.

The unit is by far the greatest! We’ve actually stayed in unit 2303 2 times in the last 45 days and had a great time. I brought my daughter’s out for they’re birthday in may and we had a blast, The view is amazing, We enjoyed it so much we came back for a week in June.. I would definitely recommend the aqua resort to everyone,especially this unit

Very clean, spacious condo in a SUPER convenient location. Easy check-in and communication with front desk staff. Our toddler loved the bunk beds with trundle and actually slept through the night. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, walked to Pier Park, and got a lot of use out of the pools. We ended up extending our stay. We definitely recommend this gem!
