We were so please with the staff getting us booked in condo 2111 so fast! We came down and was very pleased with our condo. It had a wonderful corner balcony over looking the beautiful white sandy beach and was very clean and accommodated us 8 really well!! I hope to be back again next year as I love PCB!!! I have been coming to PCB since my mama was pregnant with me! Loved everything!! Mrs. Marci helped me so much and was so very nice thanks again for everything!!

This condo was very nice, perfect location and July 4th fireworks view was absolutely amazing! Bathrooms were absolutely beautiful. Extremely easy check in on line, got our codes early in the day to use ammenities before our rental was ready. Friendly staff. We had zero issues during our stay. Only critique I had which is very small but would be very helpful is hooks in the bathrooms to hang wet towels or bathing suits, other than that this was a perfect rental experience and I would absolutely stay there again.

We have been staying at the Aqua each October for at least the last 12 years ... we have been in this room the last 2 and hopefully staying in it next year as well.... we love the location..the room fits our family great ...we look forward to next October in Florida

My stay was great. After having to pay for a room I couldn’t use Dennis and Diane were angels in helping us. Angel was an Angel with provide a space to gather together. We’re still talking about our experience.

This condo was very spacious and comfortable for my family of 5. Pictures are nice, but I was surprised how much better it was in person. Very clean! Comfortable beds, furnishings, and extra linens/pillows. Unpack your bags, make a grocery run and your ready to vacation. Target and Walmart are 3 mins away!

I was very happy with the unit, lean could not ask for better
The view excellent as well as the staff. Always better to do business directly with management than a third party. Bedding great, kitchen had everything you needed.

This is a great corner unit with a full view of the beach and the pier and on the second bedroom that faces to the north another balcony. It was clean and very spacious, and the king size bed was very comfortable.

First week in November was a wonderful week to get away @ the beach! Weather was beautiful and the unit was clean...perfect size-we like the beach theme-colors of the condo! We also enjoy staying @ Aqua bc of its location, next to Pier Park and its right on the beach! Will stay in this unit again if it’s available and the price is right ������

With covid we had to change our reservation from March to October. The company was fantastic and let us change our reservation within the same year with no extra costs.
We loved the location. Very close to pier park but still not directly on top of it so enjoyed quiet nights. Our room was very clean, had everything we needed, spacious but yet still felt like home and comfortable.
We loved getting the free chairs and umbrella for the week. The owners also had a few chairs in the condo for use which was nice so we could sit by the water with our 3 year old.
For the most part the elevators were fast. Only one day when a lot of people were arriving and leaving was when it took a while to catch one.
One thing that we were disappointed in (not the owners fault at all) was one of the pools is suppose to be heated but it was freezing cold. The gulf was warmer and sometimes that wasn’t super warm. With our 3 year old we were excited for the heated pool but we couldn’t use it because it was so cold.
Overall we had a fantastic vacation. Great location, great management, very clean, and we will definitely be back!

My family stayed in this until July 2020 and had a great vacation. This newly renovated unit was beautifully decorated and had great sunset views of the pier and Pier Park. We would book a stay in this unit again.

We have been coming to aqua the last four years however this last time we got to stay day and a half because of hurricane Michael we were evacuated we got there on a Saturday night and left the Monday afternoon at 3 o’clock we pray that all is well with our favorite place to stay at the AQUA. He did say we would receive our money back for it mandatory evacuation which I hope to see that back soon . We always recommend the aqua to all of our friends we will never stay anywhere else

Had a great time, great place to stay and have been there multiple times. Our favorite place in PC, close to Pier Park and Shuckums is just across the street. Only thing the mattress or box springs in the master bedroom is getting close to needing some attention; the edges lean away from the center of the bed making it feel like you could roll off. Doesn't change the way we feel about the resort and the room was in a perfect location. We'll be back!!

The condo was just as described and very clean. Very spacious with a wonderful view of the beach and Front Beach Road. Pier Park was within walking distance as well as many other restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay again.
