About the property

Relax in this 19th floor beach getaway with two bedrooms, two full baths, plus a bunk area. This is a corner unit, with a wrap around terrace off the living room and master bedroom, it overlooks the Gulf with magnificent sunset views.
Elegant interior spaces include kitchen with granite counter tops, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, and laundry area. Other features include ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning and a large master bath with tub, double vanity, separate glass enclosed shower, and lots of closet space. Full-length windows connect you to the magic of the Gulf.

**DISCLAIMER**
Starting September 2024 through March 2025, the Aqua COA will begin balcony resurfacing of all rental units ending in 06 through 11. During this time, you may not have access to your balcony and most window views may be obstructed. To determine if your balcony may be impacted in this timeframe, please contact us and we can review the estimated schedule. During this time, the western outdoor pool will be closed. The eastern indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub will remain open. If you have any questions, please reach out to us directly.

Includes FREE seasonal beach service 2 padded lounge chairs (2 chairs total) and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions and weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests.

Overall Comment

We had a good stay in 1911.. the room was pretty clean.
A few issues to mention, the front door is horrible and needs to be replaced as it doesn’t close well and doesn’t stay latched unless you put the top lock on. The balcony sliding door will not lock. Also the drawers fall out of the night stands and the shower leaks in the 2nd bedroom. Overall though we had a great time, and we will stay at Aqua again.

Overall Comment

We stayed at the summit the last 3 years, and decided this year we needed a change. Aqua resort is amazing, clean and the location is perfect. Our room was immaculate and decorated perfect. Only thing I didn't care for was the pool closes at 10pm. I thought at least 11 or even later would've been great and especially having teenage girls. Also a tiki bar and restaurant on the property would make this resort a 10/10. As it was, it's a solid 9.5/10. Highly recommend Aqua!

we stayed here for fall break. great location, great amenities. the washer door was broken and we had to call maintenance several times because the washer was holding our clothes hostage. however, they came up and provided us the use of the utility room of the empty condo next door. not ideal, but still grateful for the solution. other than that issue, i would definitely stay at aqua again.

This room was everything and more. We love the location, it being on the very end of the resort with a large balcony. The room itself was spacious and had very nice decor. We will definitely be looking to stay in this room again.

Overall Comment

This unit was great! It was clean and well maintained. The wrap around terrace offers views of the gulf as well as land views, which very pretty at night. This may be affected at some point in the future as there is a new building being constructed on the west side of the condo. the small bunk space could be further enhanced it provided some element of privacy with some sort of cover. An accordian type blind wou;ld solve that, as adults use that space as well as younger folks Until then book and enjoy! I will definately consider that unit in the future.

Perfect view! Clean. Enjoyed watching the helicopters take off and land. Recommend better communication as to where the luggage carriers are located.

Sun Rise-Sun Set

We have stayed at Aqua multiple times and each time it gets better!!!! This time I woke up early several mornings to watch the sun rise on the front balcony, then in the evening watched the sun set over The Gulf of Mexico. That is a most spectacular sight!!!! The unit was wonderful from the updated decor and the beach home feel to spacious rooms. We would highly recommend this unit as well as the staff at Aqua. Every person we came in contact with made this an outstanding vacation for my wife and me.

Annual Fall Break Vacation

I've been to PCB every year since I was in the 3rd grade. We've stayed numerous places from the east end to west end. After finding Aqua, I have no intention of staying anywhere else simply because of the location. Other than a couple grocery store runs, our vehicle doesn't move the entire stay. My one suggestion to the Aqua is double the size of the stairs to the beach and make the ramp go all the way down.
