**DISCLAIMER**
Starting September 2024 through March 2025, the Aqua COA will begin balcony resurfacing of all rental units ending in 06 through 11. During this time, you may not have access to your balcony and most window views may be obstructed. To determine if your balcony may be impacted in this timeframe, please contact us and we can review the estimated schedule. During this time, the western outdoor pool will be closed. The eastern indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub will remain open. If you have any questions, please reach out to us directly.

Perfect place for Family with Kids

Kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking.
Balcony is huge with direct view of Ocean and Beach.
Clean resort. Very near to Pier PArk.

Relaxing week in the center of PCB

Overall Comment

The condo and overall complex was great, clean and well-maintained. The location was very convenient with lots of walkable food options, and 0.5 miles from both Walmart and Target for all grocery and other needs. Beach was beautiful, and the weather was amazing.

Amazing place to stay!

We stayed in this condo from 3/28-4/1 and everything about it was perfect! We are a family of 5 and this was perfect. It was clean, beautifully decorated and we had a large balcony which we spent a a lot of time on! Direct access to the beautiful beach and a quick walk to the pier plaza! Will definitely be back if PCB is our next years destination!

Great beachfront condo

Overall Comment

Could not get a better view. The condo was decorated in a beach theme that matched the photos on the website. The reservation process and check in was done through the website and text messaging. If you arrive after office hours and you need assistance you will need to call security. Security did answered all questions.
