The place was clean could use updated maintenance needs to check the dryer vent more often took forever to dry clothes. It was full of lint and a sock that was the only only summer vacation

The vacation rental was in great condition. It slept my family comfortably. It had all of the pans and things that we needed to cook our meals. We spent little time at the actual condo, but the time spent was great.

You can't beat the location of Aqua. We never had to get in the car. There were restaurants and shopping within walking distance in both directions. The condo kitchen was very well stocked and we had plenty of room. The view was great and we didn't have any problem with slow elevators. I would probably try a different unit next time because the beds were pretty hard. Other than that, everything was perfect.

As typical at Aqua, our unit (1105) was beautiful, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The view was breathtaking and the pools were refreshing. We specifically choose units that include beach chairs and 1105 includes just that. My teens enjoy having water sports available directly in front of Aqua and Pier Park just steps away.
