Starting September 2024 through March 2025, the Aqua COA will begin balcony resurfacing of all rental units ending in 06 through 11. During this time, you may not have access to your balcony and most window views may be obstructed. To determine if your balcony may be impacted in this timeframe, please contact us and we can review the estimated schedule. During this time, the western outdoor pool will be closed.
