Here’s why YOU WILL LOVE this over-sized (1017 SqFt) 1BR/2BA + Bunks unit:

*** We are always updating our unit! New for 2023, we have replaced the king mattress with a new Novaform mattress (4.4/5 stars at Costco)! We have added a new 50” Smart TV in the family room, and added two new beautiful ceiling fans in the family room and bedroom! Last year, we replaced the dining furniture with a new table and seating for six! Other recent updates include a leather queen sleeper sofa in the family room, as well as some new decor! We replaced the carpet with ceramic tile floors (which makes the entire unit tiled), added new lighting, dishwasher, microwave oven, upholstered chairs in the family room, new washer and dryer (including a top-loading washer!), shower head and Chaise Lounges and Bistro Chairs on the Balcony!

*** Perfect Fifth Floor Location! Great elevation for views, but not too high. From here, You can see the waves breaking on the sand while you are seated in the family room or lying in your bed! Just two floors above the walkway from the parking garage, so no long elevator rides!

*** West End Unit! The balcony has good views of the beach in both directions, especially a fantastic, unobstructed view to the West for viewing the sunsets and the Fishing Pier (see the picture below!) This is a private balcony (rare in Aqua!) that has two chaise lounges as well as a bistro set for two! The construction project next door is complete, so it won’t be a problem for our guests again!

*** Very nicely furnished, comfortable and tasteful. Every room is beautifully decorated. (Check out the pictures!) Your kids will love the custom-built bunk beds. The bunks have lots of headroom, so your kids can sit comfortably in bed and watch TV. And you will love the King-Sized Noveform mattress in the bedroom! Queen sleeper in the family room provides extra sleeping space. Floor-to-ceiling blackout drapes block out the light when you want privacy, and include tie-backs when you want to let the sun shine in (check out how much glass faces the beach)!

*** Everything you need! Unit includes Cable TV, wi-fi internet access, land line phone, washer/dryer, fully furnished kitchen w/stainless steel appliances, two full baths, and sleeping for up to six people.

Great week in Aqua 510!

We spent a week in Unit 510 - the condo was clean, well equipped and suited our needs. The location was perfect, being only 2 flights of stairs from the 3rd floor and the sky walk, but also doable down to the 1st floor since one set of elevators were closed for repair during part of our trip. The highlight of the stay, however, was the Owner experience. We had a death in the family that unexpectedly affected our check in date. She was generous and accommodating when we had to make changes to our stay. She went above and beyond, and her flexibility greatly reduced our stress level. I cannot thank her enough. Despite a sad beginning to the trip, things worked out beautifully, we had amazing weather and a great experience at Aqua Resort, Unit 510.

The rental was as described. It was clean and well maintained. We have stayed at The Aqua many times. This room’s perks were the price, new sofa, comfy bed, cable tv and convenient 5th floor location! The unit had minimal signs of wear but is to be expected. It was fine for us and I would definitely recommend it to others. We enjoyed the location, visited Pier Park, Pineapple Willy’s, Triple J’s, Saltwater Grille, Pink Pelican Ice Cream and Goofy Golf.

This unit was well decorated, comfortable, and clean. The only slight problem we encountered (toilet would run) was handled in 15 minutes. It was nice being low enough to take the stairs if the elevators were busy, yet high enough for a great view.

A Wonderful Experience - As we have come to expect from Aqua

My family (6 in total) have been coming to Aqua for the past 5 years. There is a reason for this. We have stayed at other reputable condos at PCB but once we found Aqua, we have not considered staying at another condo. The price, quality of the condos, amenities, and staff keep us coming back. Their staff (especially Robin in Reservations) answers any questions, helps us plan the most cost effective trip, and overall takes care of any issues we may experience. Enjoyed the Condo--Very Nice!

The facility was nice and very clean. During our stay (Christmas) it was very quiet until the week after Christmas when the kids that were out of school came! The beaches filled up even though the temps were only near 60 degrees.

The only small complaint we had was that there was no kitchen detergent for the dishes we washed by hand...only dishwasher pods. Generally, condos furnish a small container and also one pod for washing clothes. We had to buy washing machine liquid for one load of clothes we washed.

The bed in the bedroom was very, very comfortable...we like a firm mattress and this was NO disappointment.

This condo was close to Shuckum's Oyster Bar which was nice...just across the street.

The parking garage was nice. Overall, we enjoyed this facility very much and would recommend it to others. Just bring your own liquid for washing dishes and clothes!

Aqua unit 510

Aqua unit 510 was very clean, beautifully decorated and furniture and beds very comfortable. Having “Alexa” was an added bonus for us as well as having free beach chair service! The owners, Steve and Jackie, are great to rent from and prompt with communication!! We have rented unit 508 from them in the past and it was just as clean and nice, close to everything! We will definitely rent from them again!

Loved our stay @ Aqua #510. Condo was CLEAN, well stocked and had Beautiful views of the Gulf. The owners as well as the customer service staff were very easy to work with. The only con was the construction noise at the new building next door. They were working outside during the week from sunup to sundown but that's progress. I would Definitely recommend staying here. The Restaurants that I would Highly recommend are: Dusty's (NOT SHUCUMS!!!) for oysters, Diegos (Mexican), Bayou on the Beach (Cajun food-Who Dat shrimp, Shrimp & grits, Chargrilled oysters)and That Cajun Place (Shrimp Ponchartrain, Chargrilled oysters & Ragin Cajun potato salad). If you like to cook fresh seafood, I Highly recommend Buddy's. They also offer Low-Country boil on your purchase which is Delicious. Try their fresh Royal Red shrimp-They're the Bomb!!

Panama City Race Stay

We were most pleased with our first trip to Panama City Beach. The accommodations were excellent! The condo was clean and tastefully furnished, the location was so convenient, and the view was spectacular! This was a last-minute booking and we so appreciate the owner working with us to make it possible. To top it off, we "randomly" ended up next door to our daughter's family, who had booked a year ago for the Ironman race. Our stay could not have been any better and we look forward to returning in the furture.

Beautiful View Condo

We had such a wonderful time at Panama. This was my first trip there not if but when we go back I will be contacting this same owner and book with her again. We felt at home and everything we needed was there. There were a couple of things I would recommend. The blankets aren’t very heavy or thick so if you’re going to keep it cooler and need a blanket at night bring one with you. This goes for everyone. The sleeper didn’t have anything but sheets but we made it work. Thank you for sharing your beach home with us!

Absolutely perfect

This condo was by far the best one we’ve stayed in and we go yearly! We will definitely be back! The only thing we weren’t a fan of was the construction next door it made the balcony not so private but it was still a beautiful view!!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Condo unit itself was one of the best we’ve stayed in. Nice layout & very nice decor. The parking garage, multiple elevator situation, & codes to get into everything got old real quick but overall very nice place. Not enough carts during check in time & people were backed up down the skybridge waiting for an elevator so that was no fun but to be expected on a busy holiday week!

A great spring getaway

Everything was perfect. This was one of my best vacations. From booking to checking out we had a great experience. The condo was beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. I tend to be picky and it was prefect. I loved being directly on the gulf. Having a small child it was so convenient to be right on the beach. The resort itself so very conveniently located as well with pier park and lots of good restaurants being so close by. The condo was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and lunch at the condo. Dinners out. Loved having a gas grill next to the pool for grilling out as well. Also had chairs, umbrella and beach toys we could use for our stay. I tried to sleep in the bottom bunk and it is definitely made for children. The king bed is amazing. Very comfy. I also loved waking up and having that beautiful emerald green water staring back at me. I have nothing bad to say. We will be back ��

Family time with fun in the sun

We have stayed in this complex now 3 times. Great location within steps from the beach and wonderful, clean pool areas. This only issue we had was in the unit itself. The laundry door was falling off and had to be propped up. The other issue was that the master shower had quite a bit of visible mildew and the odor that comes with it. Other than that, we liked the unit and 5th floor height.

Aqua at Christmas.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Aqua over Christmas. It was nice having shuckums just across the street for dinner. Also pierpoint is just down the street and Margaritaville is an excellent place to eat. The beach in front of Aqua is amazingly beautiful.

Absolutely Amazing!

My husband and I stayed in unit 510 Sept 9-16. We've stayed at several condos in PCB, but this one was the absolute best we'd been in. Every detail was perfect, from the furniture to the pictures in the bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The king sized bed was wonderful and although it was only us two, the bunk room would have been perfect for kids. The view from the balcony (or anywhere in the living room, kitchen & bedroom) was awesome. The owners and staff were great to work with. I liked that the elevators to get to the room were outside and were fast. The pool area was always clean and beautiful. Beach chairs were a definite plus! Pier Park and several restaurants are within walking distance so you won't even need a car once you get there. After this vacation, there's no place else we'll stay!

June 2017 Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful experience at Aqua 510. We had a few maintenance issues on check in that were immediately addressed by the onsite maintenance department. The condo was clean and well appointed. The master bed was a bit firm for me, but my husband loved it. We had several days of bad weather, but still had plenty to do with Pier Park just down the road, board games the owners had in the condo for guests, and watching movies. The 2 beach chairs/umbrella service that came with the condo rental were a nice bonus! We had a great vactaion and would rent from these owners again in the future!
