Wonderful location, great amenities, and beautiful views. Excellent communication from Property Management. Loved that an umbrella and set of chairs were included. Only disappointment was how far back they were from the water and that all the random tents, chairs, and other umbrellas were allowed in front.

This condo was clean and well kept. Beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms, plus title flooring throughout. We love staying at the Aqua because it’s situated right on the beach, plus it’s within walking distance to Pier Park and a short drive to Walmart & Target. This 1 bedroom, 2 full bath condo also offers a small Alcove or bunk bed room near the front door, plus a pull out couch, so you could sleep up to 6 ppl. Fully stocked kitchen, hair dryers, and washer & dryer. They provide you with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, large kitchen 1 trash bag, plus 2 dishwasher tabs, so we plan ahead and bring extras from home. We would highly recommend you staying in this condo for many reasons but we love waking up and enjoying coffee while sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Plus having beach service is huge for us because they provide you with 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach. We’ll definitely be back to stay in this condo again. Thank you,

We stayed at Aqua on our honeymoon 15 years ago, and decided to bring our 3 little girls back this Fall. What a perfect trip! After this stay we will always book direct through Aqua! The check in was a breeze, and the condo was spotless. Aqua is our favorite place to stay, and this condo was our absolute favorite! It was beautifully decorated, recently updated, and had comfy beds. Our little girls absolutely loved the bunk room! We can’t wait to come back!

Our experience with aqua unit 506 was an absolute pleasant experience from the time we arrived until the time we left. The condo was clean and updated and very comfortable, and the beach chairs were ready for us to use. We would definitely return!

We were very pleased with the condo and Aronov-Aqua employees made the booking experience so easy.
We have no complaints at all. Love that they also provide the beach chairs and umbrella this make a real difference for me, since I love the beach. We will definitely be back.

I had no problems with this room inside the condominium. Love it
The only problem I had is when I called to get the parking gate code the security woman hung up on me. I was trying to tell her i was instructed to call this number to get the code to get in. She was a little rude. Then hung up. I had to call her back but she was nice the rest of the time.

We stayed in unit 506 and everything was great! The unit was very nice and well maintained. We were told that there would be extra cleaning done because of Covid, and we could tell that more time was taken. I even had on white socks and they stayed white after unpacking and walking around the entire condo. I took that as a good sign that real cleaning was done. The kitchen was fully equipped with a coffee maker....would love a Keurig as we brought K cups with us,but we managed to improvise. We never had to contact anyone about anything until the morning that we left. For some reason, the night before, the sink and trash disposal starting backing up. Trash was coming up in the drain opposite of the disposal side...that was not pleasant. We are always careful not to put anything in the disposal that will cause an issue. The morning we left, my husband poured about 1/3 of a gallon of milk down the sink. Just before we left, I happened to open the cabinet under the sink and milk was puddled in the cabinet! It appears that there had been a leak before we got there that wasn't repaired. It may have not been reported by previous guests, so I really can't blame Aqua if that was the case. I reported it so hopefully it was corrected before the next guests arrived. This was our 2nd stay at Aqua and we will definitely consider staying again. All in all, our trip was great, just wish we could have stayed always!

Nice location very nice rooms, unloading situation is a little different then I’m used to but overall this is a very nice place mantance guy was super nice put me on some good fishing charter boats me in my wife really enjoyed it.

We really enjoyed our vacation in Panama City. The condo had a perfect view and we loved the proximity to Pier Park! The overall condition of the condo was good, however, the washer was broken upon arrival (fixed a few days later) and two lamps were broken as well. The carpet was a bit sandy - but that is expected at the beach, I guess. The condo building, however, was slightly dirty. There was a pile of trash left by other occupants outside our door for DAYS during our stay. Also, the check-in process was a nightmare - our condo was not ready until 5:30 pm. There were several unhappy guests at checkout waiting, along with my family, on check-in day. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!
