This 1,017 sq. ft. unit sits right above the first floor high-tech Health and Fitness Center which includes a steam and spa treatment room. This 2nd floor unit has quick and easy stair access to the 1st floor Fitness Center, pool, cafe and beach, for those not wishing to experience lengthy elevator waits.
Stunning gulf views and picturesque western sunsets can be enjoyed from your private, West-end terrace or bedroom with full length windows.
You can actually enjoy the soothing tones of the night time surf along with a view of the softly lit fishing pier jutting out into the Gulf in front of Pier Park!

**DISCLAIMER**
Starting September 2024 through March 2025, the Aqua COA will begin balcony resurfacing of all rental units ending in 06 through 11. During this time, you may not have access to your balcony and most window views may be obstructed. To determine if your balcony may be impacted in this timeframe, please contact us and we can review the estimated schedule. During this time, the western outdoor pool will be closed. The eastern indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub will remain open. If you have any questions, please reach out to us directly.

***PARKING FOR 2 VEHICLES MAXIMUM per reservation. The cost is $35.00 plus tax per vehicle, per stay. At the time of purchasing your parking passes - vehicles must be registered. You can either purchase and print them at home from the Aqua Parking website, or you can use the kiosk located across the Skybridge on the 3rd floor upon arrival. Please be aware there is a convenience fee when using the kiosk.***

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip for spring break at Aqua! The room was very clean and comfortable. Decorated so nicely. Location was great, lots within walking distance. Only complaint would be needed better blankets on the beds. Got a little cold at night.

Best place to stay on the beach!!!

This rental had everything you could need and more for a relaxing trip to the beach. They even had beach toys stocked in a closet! My girls loved using them at the beach. The room was clean and everything looked great!

Aqua Is The Place to Stay

We have stayed at Aqua for a few years now and wouldn't stay any other place. Best location we have found, close to everything. The rooms are always clean. The staff is always available to answer any questions. The room we had this year Room 0210 was equipped with sand toys, beach chairs, card games. It was great!! We love being right across the street from Shuckums--our favorite restaurant plus the souvenir store is so handy. We love Aqua!! Great vacation!!

It was a little disappointing that we had to be moved to this condo on the 2nd floor because our original floor was 23rd(refrigerator issues) - as far as this condo it was very nice and quiet even though it was a low floor condo.
