This will be the only place we will ever stay ! It’s amazing and I give it 100 stars ⭐️ clean and so accommodating! Our unit was just perfect! The staff Was amazing! Marci was the best to book with!

Lovely, well equipped condo with great view of pool and Gulf. Close to Pier Park and restaurants. Beautiful sunsets from large balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this room 208. Perfect for a couple or if you have small children. Loved the walk in shower. We were fortunate enough to see the air show from our balcony. The colors in this room are everything I love. Fully stocked with all the best dishes, pots and pans. Ice maker made plenty of ice. Right next to the elevator that only services floors 1 - 3. Will definitely be back. No complaints at all.

The Vacation was perfect as always. We stayed at Aqua 3 times this year with the latest 2 being Thanksgiving and Christmas. The ladies at the front desk are so pleasant and helpful. We will be back soon for another stay.

We were looking for a quiet week to unwind. That’s exactly what we got! The unit was absolutely perfect with updates to the master bathroom and kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean.

We spent four days in condo # 208. It is updated and beautifully decorated, even better in person than the pictures online! The beds are very comfortable, has a large balcony, with perfect view of the gulf, the pool, and the pier. The resort was very clean for the most part, the only space that could’ve been better is the bathrooms near the larger pool, they were in need of attention. The pools are beautiful, very clean, but additional lounge chairs would be nice. And the little café/coffee shop had wonderful sandwiches, and the staff was very lovely. The Aqua is in a great location, close to many restaurants, and within walking distance of Pier Park. We couldn’t ask for a better location and we will definitely be back. Aqua was a beautiful resort. Due to COVID the lobby was never open, so that was a bit different, but they made sure we had all gate access codes upon our arrival that we would need for the week. And the pool and the facilities were always clean. Nancy the bartender at the Snack Shack was so sweet and friendly!
We stayed in unit #208 for a week. The unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed-- especially in the kitchen for cooking. It was so wonderful having a washer and dryer in the unit to use throughout the week! And each room had smart TVs with access to streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Movies and Disney +. I would definitely book this unit again the next time we stay!

We have stayed in Aqua 208 for several years and have always loved it, but love it even more since the renovation! The staff at Aqua are the BEST! They have always been available to answer any questions I may have, especially with all of the changes going on right now. However, I must say this year Robin and one of the female security guards (I did not get her name, unfortunately) went above and beyond. They helped to get my son’s lost phone returned to us! We are so thankful for them, as you know how a teenager without a phone for 4 days can be.

There was absolutely nothing that was lacking. Communication from the management team, early access to the pool and beach while waiting for the unit to be cleaned, and their overall friendliness. When we walked in it was like a picture from paradise - beautifully decorated, all updated, comfortable furniture, comfortable beds and the best beach views on top of all of that. 2nd floor location is perfect. You have your own elevator on floors 1-3 so you don’t have to wait long ever. The cleaning crew was constantly around on the grounds, disinfecting common areas and disinfectant sprays were available everywhere also. I will always go back to this unit! Walking distance to Pier Park and Shuckums is across the street.

#208 - Most beautifully updated and cleanest condo ever and we've stayed in many!! Loved the large deck (was able to sit outdoors even when it rained); beautiful view of pool, beach, pier and sunsets; great sleeping with comfortable mattress; bonus room has 2 FULL size bunk beds & couch makes a bed - sleeps 8; large TVs in living room and bedroom; 2 bathrooms (large spacious master bath); short walk to the beach; close to Pier Park; friendly staff; and oh it includes 2 free beach chairs!!! LOVED...THIS...CONDO

Had a great stay. Been staying at this property for years since we started going to panama and have always enjoyed it and they are constantly cleaning. Would definitely recommend it. Parking sometimes is a little issue if u come in after 10. We have came in a little after 11 and had problem parking in property parking

This beautiful condo provided everything you could want or need, and then some. Not only was it immaculate and gorgeous in decor its layout/functionality is exceptional, as is its proximity to the beach, a local convenience store and restaurants. This place could not have provided us a more accommodating or delightful stay! In addition, every person we dealt with from property management, to front desk and cleaning staff were pleasant, accommodating and helpful!

My husband have not enjoyed a vacation in over 2 years due to aging parents, caretaking, etc. We decided to try the Aqua again after many years. To our surprise the unit had been beautifully remodelled in soothing graytones, luxuriously and tastefully decorated. The hardwood barnwood floors added such a different look. The only problem and it really wasn't anything that caused us distress was for some reason the ceiling fans would not operate. We did bring that to the lady upon checkout and I know it will be addressed. There was a box fan in the closet that worked nicely. It was a magnificent week and the owners should be extremely picky who they rent to. It's so nice I'd hate for anything to be abused in this unit. Thank you so much for making our ANNIVERSARY WEEK!
