We loved everything about our stay at Aqua Resort. It was our 3rd time staying here, first time in Unit 205. We love the 2nd floor here, you get a separate elevator, and can easily take the stairs. The room was very nice and very clean. There weren’t many left when I booked our vacation and I believe this one was available because both bedrooms are not beach side, they are on the side that the road is on, and I was concerned about road noise, music from Shuckums at night, etc. but we brought sound machines and didn’t hear anything at all that kept us from getting great nights sleep. The mattresses were very comfortable also. The only thing missing was comforters or blankets on the beds. The condo stays very nice and cool, and could have used something other than a sheet and very light toppers. The pools are great, the entire process from booking to check out was perfect. They called to check on us the day after check in, and kept us updated on the codes to get in. Everything was perfect! Will definitely rent from Aqua again! Walking distance to Pier Park and across the street from Store/Liquor store, Shuckums and an ice machine to buy bags of ice are on sight. It was very convenient and easy in and out when taking your vehicle.

My family stayed in Unit 205. We found the unit to be just what we needed. It was clean; it had everything that was needed for a week stay; and it was on the second floor.
This was our third time to stay at Aqua. We have never been disappointed.

We always stay in Aqua, I wanted a higher floor level but one was not available. Our unit was on the second floor. What a pleasant surprise it was. Easy access to the unit and parking. Unit was clean and well kept.

The condo was decorated beautiful. There was plenty of space for everyone. The view from the balcony was nice. The 2nd floor was perfect for my family because we don’t like waiting on elevators so we could use the
Stairs. I like when we needed to use the elevators there was one that only went to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor so we didn’t have to wait long at all. I do wish they have more luggage carts. We had a heard time finding one. The pools were nice only wish there was more pool deck space for lounge chairs. I loved that we were in walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

We had an excellent experience with our recent rental at Aqua Rm 0205. The check in procedures were extremely easy and user friendly. The condo was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The only concern we had was loud traffic and music at night due to bedroom being near street. However, we would choose to stay at Aqua again.

One of the best places we’ve stayed on Front Beach Road - 15 minutes to everything on 30A. Parking garage across the street with covered access to your room. Never busy and easy to go to and from garage. Condo is very spacious and laid out well. Super clean. All the supplies you would need and fully equipped kitchen. TVs in every room. Large balcony with little or no noise at nighttime. 2nd floor was perfect - getting on elevator and to beach was 5 minutes or less. No long walk to beach. It’s literally at your back door. Beach area was perfect - not crowded. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good experience renting and visiting. We had a glitch with the air conditioner but the rental company had someone there in 15 minutes and it was totally repaired. We were very impressed! Comfortable beds, great view and easy to access beach and parking!The cleaning staff worked hard to continuously keep things clean including the elevators! We will definitely rent again!

Awesome, great location!
Amazing views, very well cleaned and maintained condo.
Express elevator is a major amenitie.
My only suggestion is to upgrade the beds. They see not comfortable and mattresses are to firm.
Other than that I would recommend to anyone.

We had a great vacation. The room was very nice, well maintained and clean. The property description was accurate. We didn't have to contact the owner or manager about any problems while we were there. I would recommend this property to family and friends. Good location close to Pier Park, Target, WalMart and many, many restaurants. Played golf twice while we were there. Signal Hill course in PCB was average at best. Drove 30 minutes north to Windswept Dunes. This was a very nice golf course worth the drive. The only complaint we had about our stay was that someone put away dirty dishes and silverware in the kitchen. We went to use dishes and silverware and they were dirty. Recommended restaurants: Barefoot, Uncle Ernie's on St. Andrew's Bay, Wicked Wheel, Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant, Kilwin's Ice Cream in Pier Park. Did the dolphin swim at Gulf World and saw the other animal shows. Great vacation!

This was about the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at Aqua and have always been very happy. We always get a condo on the second or third floor so that we have our own elevator. We also love the easy access to the parking garage.
