Gayle’s Trails, Conservation Park, and Camp Helen State Park are all just north of PCB, and St. Andrews State Park and Gator Lake are just south. Mardi Gras Celebration
Panama City Beach might not be first to mind when you think about Mardi Gras, but it hosts a huge party on February 21-22 in celebration. Events and activities take place at Pier Park, the Grand Theater Plaza, Celebration Field, Frank Brown Park, Aaron Bessant Park, and Russell-Fields City Park. Listen to festive live music, watch family-friendly parades, run in the 5k and fun run, and catch the nightly fireworks displays.
Golf
The weather in February is also perfect for golf. The Holiday Golf Club, Signal Hill Golf Course, Nature Walk Golf Course, and Panama Country Club are all nearby. Holiday Golf Club was redesigned in 2014 with brand new greens and turf to offer ideal conditions year-round. Signal Hill Golf Course sits just across the street from the beach and has great views and conditions for all levels. Panama Country Club and Nature Walk Golf Club are both technically located in nearby Lynn Haven, and they are both about 40 minutes from Aqua. Play with the locals at these courses.
