Security Nightmare

Out stay was not as great as expected. The condo was perfect and we have no complaints there. The Aqua employees were all very helpful and polite; however, the security.....this is a different story.
From the first day, security was extremely overbearing at the pool area.
The head of security even told our head baseball coach “we don’t really want the baseball teams here”
There were way too many “pool rules” for it to be a resort stay.
It was double red flags all week so our kids wanted to go to the pool more than the beach but they couldn’t even enjoy themselves at the pool because of the security guards who had something to say about our every move.
I will definitely let all baseball families know that this is not the place to bring your team since we are “wanted” there.

We stayed on the 2nd floor. Had no issues with the elevators because they have one that serves only floors 1-3. Would probably stay on the 3rd floor next time since the catwalk is on the 3rd floor. The property management company is their greatest asset. Beverly and Robin are awesome. There isn't a lot of customer service in the world today, but these two women were fabulous. Thanks to you both!

Very clean and in great condition. Spacious enough for a family of five. The elevator for levels 1-3 made for ease coming and going without waiting like for higher floors. Within walking distance (half mile) to Pier Park which has lots of restaurants and shops. Master bedroom can hear noise from street but with white noise, it became a non-issue. Balcony is also spacious and great views though a few trees slightly obstruct view. Overall, we were very pleased and would highly recommend 204!

My family enjoyed staying at Aqua. The view, staff and atmosphere were wonderful. I would recommend Aqua, especially room 204. We’ll definitely be back.

We enjoyed staying in unit 204. Loved the fact that we were on the 2nd floor. The unit was clean and nice. the only thing we didn't like was the spare bed was horrible, it had a deep impression on the left side like someone had sat something extra heavy on it and left it was days. And the other thing was the code to get to the pool area and back up from the beach was way to long, I heard several complains from others that it was too complicated espcially for younger ones. Other than that I would stay there again.

Unit 204 is in a great location, 2nd floor with am elevstor for floors 1-3 right down the hall. The property is well kept, the stadf is very friendly, and the heated pool was a favorite of our kids. It is walkable distance from Pier Park, so our teens were able to go hang out there when they wanted.
