Aqua 0508

For 2023, we have added a new 50 inch smart TV in the family room, and added two beautiful new ceiling fans in the family room and bedroom! Solid flooring has been added in the Living and Dining areas, and in the Bedroom and Bunk rooms! We have also added leather queen sleep sofa and upholstered chairs in the family room, and lots of fresh paint and decor. We have also added a cool Zinc-top dining table! Other recent updates include a top-loading washer and dryer, microwave oven, and a new shower head in the master bathroom. We recently added an orthopedic king-sized mattress in the master bedroom as well.

This is the largest 1BR floor plan in Aqua, and it is on the FIFTH FLOOR! This is the perfect height for views but not too high. Unit amenities include a huge elliptical balcony with updated chairs, tables and lounges, King Bed in the bedroom, Smart TV and BlueRay player in the family room and TV and DVD player in the bedroom and bunk room, Queen Sleeper sofa, Washer and Dryer, two full bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen and sleeping for six.

Aqua is hands-down the best property on Panama City Beach and has two outdoor pools, an indoor/outdoor pool which is seasonally heated, a hot tub, Fitness Center, Steam Room, outdoor grills, beautiful landscaping and of course is directly on the beautiful blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Aqua is a short walk from Pier Park, the famous shopping and entertainment center.

Wow! The renovations to this condo are absolutely gorgeous. Ive been to Aqua before and have always enjoyed it but this was the best stay. The check in/out was contactless and super easy andI appreciated the follow up to ensure all was well. Even the beach chair guys were super sweet and helpful. 10000/10 recommend!

Great vacation

Rental was great clean and very spacious. I would like to say that the coffee table was a little dangerous all 3 of us hit the corner of the glass. I'm so glad we didn't have small children with us this time. It was very beautiful but I think it was to large for the space. Over all we loved the condo.

Best balcony ever! Large spacious beautiful views with just a few steps to the beach! The included beach chairs and umbrella was a huge savings! Condo has a great bed! It was just like the pictures, very clean, well stocked, and a great location to several grocery stores and shopping! One suggestion would be more towel hooks next to the master shower.

Ready to Return

We are looking at dates to visit this property again. This condo is clean and fully equipped with more than you need. The added chairs and sunbrella on the beach is a valuable perk. Streamline process when we arrived. From the garage straight to our unit with codes provided via text, our wristbands were on the kitchen counter. Perfect 5th floor view with an elevator close by, but not too high to take the stairs if needed. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on our balcony (2 lounge chairs and table that seats 4.) A lot of other units do not offer this option. We walked the beach down to Pier Park each night for ice cream, fudge and rides for the kids. Some construction next door made for limited sidewalks, but the end result will be better for the area. We can't wait to return. Our kids loved this vacation. Make a short visit down to St. Andrew's park for a day. You have it all at Aqua 508. We are ready to return!

The Perfect Getaway for our anniversary

My husband and I recently spent an extended weekend at Aqua 0508 to celebrate our 24th anniversary. The accommodations were perfect. The condo was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We booked at the last minute, but the owners and staff were so gracious and patient with us in order to ensure we could enjoy ourselves from start to finish. The views of the ocean and sunset were gorgeous, and being able to watch dolphins swim along the shore in the early mornings was an unexpected surprise that added to our enjoyment. We will definitely be back to share it with our children.

Aqua Unit 508 review

We arrived at 1:00 pm on Sat. 8/21 and had access to the parking garage. The unit was ready for us at around 3:00 pm. The unit was clean and well equipped. We spent 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The balcony was huge and had a great view of the beach.

Perfect Week!

We stayed at Aqua 508 a few weeks back and had a wonderful experience. The condo is updated and clean. The balcony has two loungers perfect for a couple (there is also a table w/ chairs). The location of Aqua is perfect to walk to Pier Park or Sharky's for dinner.

Just returned from 2 weeks in unit 508 at Aqua. Could not have asked for a better vacation. From start to finish the staff at Aqua was great and the unit was even better. Very clean and comfortable. Huge balcony made for great views and comfortable evenings. Aqua's location is fantastic. A short walk away from anything that you may need. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning next year.

Awesome Condo

Everything was great from booking condo #508 with the owners to departing the last day of our trip. Can't say enough about this condo. It was perfect from the time we entered the door seeing you beautiful deco, cleanliness, and the oceanfront view from the living room and the master bedroom. This unit was well equipped and offered the two beach chairs and umbrella on the beach. The balcony was huge with nice outdoor furniture to relax and watch the sunset. Very convenient to shopping, pier park was within walking distance where you would find a lot of good restaurants and entertainment. I would like to thank Jackie and Steve the owners, Lisa and Debbie at Aqua for making this a wonderful trip. I highly recommend this condo unit 508 to anyone that is staying at Panama City Beach.

Immaculate Unit #508 - Great Stay!

Amerstburg ON

We enjoyed Aqua Unit 508 and would readily rent this unit again. The unit is just as described – recently renovated, new flooring, new appliances, including washer/dryer, and new or newer furniture throughout – best description would be immaculate. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and met all of our needs. Internet and cable access also worked well. The unit is a large one bedroom unit, with second bunk-room. Both the master bedroom and living room are oceanfront, which makes for a nice relaxing view and restful sleep. The master ensuite bath is oversized with a separate shower and bath, and double sinks. The large balcony overlooking the ocean was not as private as some as the one end is open, but the one end is relatively private. The Aqua is one of the newer condos on the beach so the common amenities are modern. It has nice workout facilities on the ground floor and a large pool deck, with one heated – and one unheated pool – we only wish the heated pool was a little warmer. There’s a nice indoor hot tub as well. The owner responded to our on-line inquiry by email within 30-minutes, and booking and check-in was both trustworthy and convenient through the Aqua front desk. The front desk staff were very courteous and friendly and available 7-days per week. Proximity to Pier Park and area restaurants was a major plus. Great stay!

Nice condo. Well appointed and very clean. The only thing I would suggest is that LED light bulbs should be used in the hall bathroom as it was very dark when showering since there is no light in the tub/shower. Also with regard to the beach access, a new ramp leading to the beach would be nice since folks had a hard time with their wagons having to drag them down a flight of stairs. Updated showers on those ramps would be great too since you had to keep the hose turned on with your hand to rince off.

We stayed in this condo in September. It was very clean. It has everything you need from dishes, pots & pans, towels, linens. The décor had a beach theme which was very appealing. You can tell the owners take pride in their condo.
Pier Park shopping & restaurants, is about a 10 minute walk from Aqua. We are seniors and found the walk no problem.
The view was amazing from this 5th floor condo.The balcony was huge. The grounds were well kept and staff were extremely friendly. We will definitely come back to this unit again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Aqua condo rental 508. The owners, Steve and Jackie were very prompt with their responses when we were inquiring about renting. We found the condo very clean and close to many shops and restaurants. Shuckum's Oyster Bar is located just across the street and they had nightly karaoke which we enjoyed watching. Pier Park is within walking distance. We definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again.

We love staying at Aqua. It is close to Pier Park, close to a Wal-mart (lol) and is just an overall nicer area of PCB. It was easy to rent through VRBO and then check-in with Aqua. First time we had checked-in with Aqua. Very clean and great views. We were given three car passes (which is nice with teenagers driving). The unit also comes with two beach chairs.
