We love the location and being right on the Gulf. Property was clean and had most amenities. Was just missing a cookie sheet. Also, the owners need to upgrade the master bedroom mattress and sheets. The balcony furniture also needs to be updated. We will return to this property again. Overall it was a great vacation for us.

Great room! Loved it, just far enough off the street not to hear late night traffic and close enough to get the elevator whenever we needed it. I will try to book the same room if we can. Aqua is the only place we want to stay at now. Easy in and out of the parking garage also!

Myself and two boys ages 13 and 9 loved our accommodations here. We felt as if we were home with extra amenities. Enjoyed the easy access to the beach as well as the pool on the property. The fitness room also met our expectations quite nicely. Will definitely choose again!

We had a wonderful time! Very nice property, clean and well-maintained, lovely décor. Great location within walking distance to several restaurants (Shuckums, Pompano Joe's, Barefoot), the pier, and Pier Park.

This is the 4th different place my family and I have stayed at in PCB. It was a nice condo. The room is smaller than the ones I have stayed in before. I chose this room because it had the bigger balcony. However, there is a vacant lot next to the Agua building and it is an eye sore! Not a pretty view at all of a run down empty lot. It looks like an older hotel may have been there before. Also, you couldn’t see any of the pools from our balcony. This condo also had a heated outdoor pool and that is another reason why I chose this one. They have one small snack bar that served a few snacks and a few beverages. Other than that and the pools there were no other amenities. Aqua is close to restaurants that you can walk to. That was a plus for me. All in all it was an “ok” place. The office staff were very friendly. I just feel like I could get more bang for my buck at other places.

We stayed in Unit 411. There were ants in both bathrooms but the condo maintenance crew tended to the situation immediately. Thanks Dennis! One concern I had was the mattress in the master bedroom. When we layed down, our heads leaned way back! Maybe turning & flipping the mattresses more often might help! Overall, our stay was fantastic and we are looking forward to returning! The condo staff is so nice & attentive, which helps to make our getaway vacation so pleasant!! Thanks Debbie!! And thumbs up!!

The apartment is very nice, I would stay there again. Although it could have a little more kitchen equipment (forks, wine glasses, etc.).
The property's location needs some deep cleaning. Especially the walkways from the elevator to the apartment are not as clean as they used to be.

Overall the vacation was good!
Our master bedroom never got cool! Air vent is too small for west facing room!
Complained about this on our last stay, still not fixed!( the lighting by the pool area is too dark. Many of us complained this year!!!
Shower floor needs to be changed out! Too old!

The condo was exactly as pictured - clean and in great shape. We enjoyed a tropical storm followed by a few days of sunny wonderful beach weather. I've stayed at Aqua twice now and have been completely satisfied.

Aqua is in a great location, within walking distance to Pier Park with lots of shopping and restaurants. This unit in particular is a corner condo, is newly decorated and nice and clean.
