I come to pcb every yr n there’s only one place I stay because of the location n the quality of condos they have never have been disappointed in aqua n looking to stay there for many yrs to come unit 305 was exceptional. Many thanks to the aqua crew for making it a great place to experience a home away from home

Our stay at Aronov -Aqua was so wonderful. The condo was so clean, set up so nicely, had great views, and was really quiet. The location is perfect distance to be able to walk straight to the beach or even nearby restaurants and shops. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful and relaxing time.

The pools and beach were great.
I do wish the master bedroom had beach view.
Other than that, it was perfect.

Great location. Easy to access from parking garage. The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware. The beds slept good. The master bedroom needs the fan replaced. Any time you want to use it, it would make a knock noise. also if you was a lighter sleeper you can hear the traffic flow throughout the night. The balcony was spacious and caught a nice breeze. Short walk to the beach. Nice spacious pools. If the property is available we would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in 305. We prefer the 3rd floor and this room was perfect. Our only concerns were the hall bathroom door did not lock and a lack of blankets for the beds. The rooms are decorated very nice but a blanket for the beds would be nice.
Enjoyed our stay and will be back.
Aqua is a great location!

The Aqua is our home away from home, and the entire Aronov Team is like our extended family. We have been coming to Spring & Fall break and staying at The Aqua for several years now, and would never stay anywhere else. We love it and the staff that much! Robin's customer service is bar none. Every unit is thoroughly cleaned and well maintained. Thank you, again, for another wonderful vacation; we can't wait to return in October for Fall Break!!

Loved the location and condo was very nice. We have stayed there several times. My only complaint is that the couch and love seat were very uncomfortable especially the couch.

Our overall stay was lovely. Awesome location, convenient restaurants and bars, and the pool was great. The room was very clean and spacious. The tub was glorious. Our only complaint would be that the resort uses orange rubber bands for the umbrellas they rent out, and every morning we found hundreds of them littered on the beach. There needs to be some responsibility by the owners to use sustainable options that won’t allow trashy options on the beach.

Overall our stay at aqua was a pleasant experience. We did have some drainage issues in one of the bathroom tubs and then in other bathroom the trim and molding was scuffed up and aged. Great location to restaurants and entertainment! Parking garage was completely full one night and had to call security to get a different passcode to park in the basement.

Our family of 4 (12 and 9 year old children) visit PCB on a regular basis and have stayed in many other condos. This was our first time at Aqua and I would definitely recommend. The entire rental experience for Unit #305 was fabulous and easy! The property is well maintained and located on the third floor (same as the skybridge- EASY access from the parking garage--this is a huge PLUS). There is plenty of parking in the parking garage and many restaurants and shops could be accessed by walking. We found the location much quieter than where we usually stay (which we enjoyed). Our unit owners supplied free beach chairs/umbrellas which was a bonus.
The unit itself was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Waking up to the sound of waves and sunshine was the perfect start of our vacation. The pictures on your website do not do justice to the condo-- it exceeded our expectations. All the furniture was in great condition and the kitchen contained all necessary items we would need for our stay.
I would highly recommend!

Unit 305 was very well maintained and decorated. In addition to a full kitchen and full size fridge, there was a Keurig and and toaster. All appliances, including washer, dryer, dishwasher and fridge appeared very new and worked perfectly. I would 100% recommend Unit 0305.
Also, the condo building, pools and jacuzzi were well maintained. Parking garage is across the street with a walkway and plenty of luggage carts. The location is great, not far from Pier Park, which has lots of shopping and entertainment options for young and old alike.

Condo was perfect...spacious, clean, comfortable. It had everything you needed. Great location. Shops, restaurants, the pier...everything was within walking distance. The beach was wonderful. I forgot about the little cafe, since it was not in the best location, but that was ok. Great communication from management. They texted and emailed everything you needed. Would definitely stay here again.
